Mackydoo Tiny House for Sale

***Sold*** My name is Scott Stewart and having built site built structures and small portable storage buildings over the last ten years or so I have built a few small portable cabins but over the last couple of years have really concentrated more on park model type of builds.

Located in the Ozarks of north central Arkansas park model and cabins are a better fit for my market area but I have really been interested in the smaller tiny houses and have been leaning more to that style.

I have recently found time to start a tiny house on wheels and wanted to offer it for sale before it’s done to allow possible buyers to make some decisions during the build to give it more of a custom fit such as exterior color, flooring, etc.

Land in Happy Valley Arizona

Alfred who designed and built the “Little Red Cabin” wondered if I would be interested in sharing a piece of property he has for sale that might be of interest to someone building a tiny house. It may be out of the price range for many of us but is a very unique piece of property. I’ll let Alfred tell you more about it.

Five years ago (after long searching) I managed to buy an absolutely gorgeous outholding in Southern Arizona, but unfortunately I now have to sell it.

Taken on the property looking west, into the federal wilderness and national park. The mountain at center is the 8,482’ Rincon Peak

An outholding is an island of private property surrounded by federal lands. Outholdings resulted when the federal government aggregated large tracts for national forests or parks in the past century and some land holders refused to sell. As a result, a few truly unique pieces of privately owned land have been preserved as private in some of the most spectacular areas of the west.

Awesome Creek-Side Home

Kevin Stevens from Nederland, Colorado sent me a email about a small 750 square foot home that he has for sale. I think you will like it as much as I do.

Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of the creek flowing just outside your window!
Why spend tens of thousands of dollars for a “water feature” that needs expensive pumps and electricity to run? Relax to the sounds of nature…

Its a quaint little house in the small mountain town of Nederland, CO..we are about 17 miles west of Boulder and 3000 feet higher…which means our summers are fantastic. This house is near the town center and provides walking access to the brewpub and other great downtown features. Very unique to this property is a stream that runs under the back part of the house…with both windows open back there you can relax to the “stereo effect” of running water. We currenttly have it rented and are asking $239,000. The house is located at 155 E. 2nd St. Nederland, CO 80466 and you can call Kevin at 303-258-1122. Be sure and tell him you learned about the home from the Tiny House Blog.
