Leah is a single level shed style tiny house. With a one-room area of 140 square feet. It is set up as a studio but minus a bathroom.
If you are creative with the floor plan a tiny bathroom could be worked into the plan.
If you do the work yourself and depending on the local cost of lumber the estimate for Leah is around $13,200 as a DIY. Of course, this cost doesn’t include your cost for land and putting in utilities, etc.
If you already own a larger home this would make a great addition as an ADU for in-laws or also a great office space.
