Wow! That seems like a really great price. I wonder what kind of condition the interior is in? Too bad it’s so far away from me!
Current axles/tires prohibit moving without a flatbed trailer. According to the seller, the unit is about 12.5ft high (with the tires); I wonder about the height restrictions in using a flatbed to move it. She said the condition is “…need of repairs…it has been left for about 6 years…but prior to that a family member lived in it for about 5 years…”
Wow! What a cool little cottage! But .. but .. why is it all the good deals are on the west coast. The east coast (where I am) still hasn’t discovered that small is HUGE! 🙂
A steal, I’d think, even if it needs work (as long as it isn’t rotted out and structurally wrecked). Heck, with the money, and mortgage loot saved, you could hire a chopper to move it- been done before…or a crane and flatbed.
