10-Ft Wide Tiny Home with Incredible Iguana Enclosure

Alex lives in his charming 10-foot wide tiny house with an incredible iguana enclosure and exotic selection of other animal roomies—a python, a tarantula, and two rare cats. You might be surprised by how clean and high-end his tiny home feels despite the menagerie! For him, this is a huge benefit of tiny living because they wouldn’t be allowed in most apartment rentals.

“My home feels like a little jungle and I wouldn’t have it any other way,” Alex, Living Tiny 0n Wheels

Built by California Tiny House, Alex’s tiny home is 26-foot long by 10-foot wide. It’s definitely on the high end at $115,000. The materials used, larger size, and rad customizations all factored into the total cost. However, the custom design work featuring an impressive iguana enclosure and luxurious spa bathroom made it worth the expense for Alex. And after just four years of working two jobs, he is on the doorstep of paying it off!

“I had been living with my parents pretty much all my life, and I was at a point where I wanted to get myself out of that and push myself forward. I was debating do I want to rent, do I want to try to buy a house, then I saw videos on YouTube of tiny houses…I think part of the appeal is that you get to customize it to who you are, what you’re trying to use it for, your personality, so that was a big appeal,” Alex, Living Tiny 0n Wheels
