I looked it up elsewhere as the link had no info. It sold for just under $400k. Technically not a tiny house – just small. Tack on about $5k in property tax and you’re better off moving to a cheaper state where you’ll get more for a heck of a lot less. To me, tiny means affordable.
The housing market in this area has skyrocketed. This is an ideal place to live- mild climate-not too hot and not too cold. It also has just about everything available within a several hour drive, if you are the outdoor type. Getting more house for the money is not always the best consideration. Afterall, the two richest men in the world live right here- it has something to offer you might not find in other places
