Cozy Cottage

Cozy Cottage

***Sold*** Lorna emailed me yesterday to tell me that the cottage is still available and that she would like to find someone soon to make this little cottage their home. She has also just reduced the price to $15,999.

You can view the cottage at 8283 Valley View Drive in Sebastopol 95472 (exactly one mile outside of downtown Sebastopol just off Bodega Highway) to look at it, you can walk on to the property and look in all the windows. It’s parked at the back of the parking lot and easily visible from the street.

If you want a key to get inside that can be arranged with Lorna’s friend who lives on site, Paula Arico, her cell is ———.

Lorna is asking $19,900 NOW $15,999 for the cottage. To view more details visit our previous post.

1. Does anyone read these comments?
2. My comment from Sept.30th remains unchanged.
3. Did anyone answer Grants question?

    Hi Joe,

    1. Yes, and most the time the comments are responded to in a reasonable time. Every once in a while one or two slips by as life can be hectic at times.
    2. Yes, it would most likely be costly to transport the home from California to Florida. One could make a vacation out of it and have a cross country tour 🙂
    3. I’m still waiting the final numbers but I believe it is an 18 foot trailer.

Thanks Joe for your input and waking me up to my blunder…Kent

I am surprised that it has not sold yet. The house is almost complete and ready to go. It would save someone a lot of work, and yet allow them to customize it to their needs.

Just waiting for the right person to come along. With you building your own, you know how much work is involved plus time and energy. This one is ready to complete and make your own so please step in and make Lorna an offer she can’t refuse 🙂

Looking for my own spot! I’d dearly LOVE to own this adorable little home! Is it still available? I see the sold sign, but then it goes on to say it’s available. I’d love to buy it and bring it home to Eastern WA where I have 20 acres and live near a lake. =) Please pick me to be its new Mom! =) Thx! ~Pam =)
