As a new weekly feature on the Tiny House Blog, I will showcase a tiny house for sale.
This week we have a charming 20-foot tiny house with a unique loft for sale in Florida. It is located on Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee, Florida.
The tiny house is built on a two-axel trailer and measures 20’x8’6”.
The tiny house features the following:
- TV/Dining area
- Bathroom
- Kitchenette
- Loft Bedroom
Air conditioning and heating are provided by a mini-split unit and the bed loft comes furnished with a queen-size mattress.
The unit is set up with a Separett composting toilet. However, it can be changed out to an RV toilet if the new owner prefers. It has a built-in RV gray water and back water tank system under the house.
It is set up for induction cooking with a large storage cabinet. However, if the new owner prefers it can be set back up to a propane run system.
For towing this tiny home the builder recommends a truck rated with a 12,000 pound towing capacity.
