Custom designs and backyard office plans from Tiny Cocoons

Tiny Cocoons is a firm of designers, architects, and building specialists in Indiana who build traditional custom homes focused on sustainability. So, it seems to be a natural path for them to move into the tiny house market.

Tiny Cocoons builds custom designed homes based on several models.

What sets these tiny house designs apart from others are the unusual shapes and angles that Tiny Cocoons chooses for their models. Each model can be customized for the customer with a focus on environmental features. The models are all designed to be off-grid and range in size from three-bedroom models to backyard offices.

The interiors feature high quality materials and all appliances.

The most affordable design is the 224 square foot Shafer which comes in at $84,500. It features a loft with a king bed, a living room and kitchen combo, and a bathroom. It also includes a fridge, washer dryer combo, cooktop, and mini-split heat and AC unit. The beautiful design features include both cedar and Shou Sugi Ban exterior, laminate flooring, and butcher block countertops.
