Tiny house lofts. People either love them or they don’t. While some bedroom and storage lofts seem to have plenty of room, the entire structure can look a little too tall to accommodate that space. Uncharted Tiny Homes in Phoenix, Ariz. has been able to integrate sizable lofts with lots of headroom while keeping ceilings at 11 feet in height. The company also offers nice features like butcher block countertops and recycled denim insulation in their Mansion and Mansion Jr. models.
The 270 square foot Mansion is built by Phoenix-based Uncharted Tiny Homes.
Uncharted has several other tiny home plans in the works, but currently the 270 square foot Mansion and 230 square foot Mansion, Jr. are their finished models. The Mansion is large enough to fit a full couch, a 10 cubic foot refrigerator in the roomy kitchen, a full dining table and a second loft that is large enough to fit another mattress. Each of the lofts are accessed by ladders.
The Mansion features two lofts with angled ladders, full kitchens and a separate dining area.
The Mansion’s bathroom includes a fiberglass shower, flushing toilet and a 7.5 gallon per minute propane tankless water heater. In addition, the bathroom also has room for a washer/dryer combo and even a closet for extra storage. The Mansion Jr. also has a beautiful kitchen with a refrigerator under the counter and an eating and working space. The Jr. can also fit a full couch and each of the stylish ladders are attached to the walls. The bathroom is a little smaller, but still has room for a shower and flushing toilet.
The Mansion’s second loft is large enough for a second bedroom.

Each of the homes is built on a 14,000 lb GVWR trailer and has asphalt shingle roofing, two 30 lb. propane tanks and Shaker style cabinets in both the kitchen and bathroom. The LED lighting is recessed into the T&G pine siding on the walls and ceiling, consequently creating even more clean lines. The Mansion currently costs $60,000 and the Mansion Jr. is $52,500. Uncharted offers financing through LightStream.
The Mansion Jr. is only 230 square feet, but has many of the same features.
The Jr.’s full kitchen has Shaker style cabinets.
And room enough for a full couch.

LED lighting is integrated into the walls and ceilings of each home.
