Linda’s Single Level Off-Grid Tiny House

Linda designed and built her home to fit her needs. This is one of the benefits of designing and building your own home.

Linda wanted a home with a single level and did not want to deal with the hassles of a loft bedroom as she grows older. Linda is making this tiny home her forever house. She has specked it out with luxuries she can enjoy in the coming years.

Her tiny house is solar-powered and future-ready with her single-level design.

I hope you enjoy the tour of this cool off-grid tiny home and the wonderful story of the woman who built it.

  1. A tiny house is supposed to be all about affordability. You need to own the land and NOT rent it. Rent is theft. We should be able to live in any size home on any size lot anywhere in the US. Exclusionary zoning is the problem. As long as a home is not a threat to anyone’s health or safety, then any restriction against that home is a misapplication of the police power and therefore should be null and void. I’m calling it The Housing Freedom Restoration Proclamation (president) or Act (congress). Freedom leads to prosperity. Freedom does NOT mean the freedom to take away someone else’s freedom.
