wondering if they’ll be able to modify a plan?? put dormers in an upper level to create more headroom/windows/floorspace in the loft area. would love a shed dormer connecting 2 doghouse dormers…. & if the plans include cutouts for electric/plumbing?? I’ll have to call when/if we are serious about buying from them. still debating on where/when/how. we live in an duplex building (apartment) presently.
