Pacific Dunes Resort: Glamping and Tiny Houses on the Olympic Peninsula

Whew! Has it been hot enough this holiday weekend? It’s a good thing there is a new tiny house and glamping tent resort located on cooler shores. Pacific Dunes Resort is located on Copalis Beach on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. The resort currently features several glamping tents, campsites, and one tiny house retreat—with more on the way.

The resort is bringing together the trifecta as their “Alt Lodging” concept. In one location you get to experience three different ways to live smaller—if only for a weekend. The resort also features small beach bungalows if you want to go a bit more traditional.

The glamping tents are fully furnished with wood burning stoves.

The glamping tents are classic canvas bunk tents built on platforms. They are furnished with king beds, wool blankets and wood burning fireplaces. The covered patios have Adirondack chairs for evening lounging. The nearby campsites are traditional RV sites with full hookups and picnic tables.

The tiny rental house has two lofts and two decks.

The tiny house at the resort is a 28-foot house with two sleeping lofts and a full kitchen with dishwasher and full fridge. This unique little home also has a top floor deck with transparent walls and is accessed via the smaller loft. Oh, this loft also has views of the Pacific Ocean.
