ESCAPE Models Available for Purchase or Rent in Tampa Bay Village

The ESCAPE brand has been growing in leaps and bounds since the first model was built a few short years ago. Now, the contemporary designs are showing up in villages around the nation including one of the top retirement locations — Tampa Bay, Florida.

Escape Tampa Bay Village has 10 ESCAPE models available.

The Escape Tampa Bay Village near Busch Gardens currently has 10 ESCAPE models available. The homes can be purchased directly or with monthly payments that don’t go above $800 per month. Tampa Bay Village does offer financing. The monthly lot rental rates vary by site and range from $400 to $600 per month. The units can also be rented.

Various ESCAPE models are available for purchase or rent.

The models also range in size and price. They feature the popular ONE XL model, the Traveler XL, and the Vista Boho. All these homes include ESCAPE’s signature picture windows, smart storage, full-size appliances, and large lofts that can fit queen beds. Each model site has landscaping, decks, utility hookups, and their own laundry facilities. There is a central area of the community dedicated to work or play spaces.

Each model and lot have outdoor areas and landscaping.

The lot rental fee includes water, sewer, garbage and recycling. There is also a parking area available. Internet, power and propane are not included in the monthly lot fee. Some of the units already have solar or can be connected to solar.

The Tampa Bay Village has dedicated parking and community areas.
