Embrace Your Outcomes

I can’t believe it’s the holiday season again! Where did 2021 go? I hope as you gather together with family and friends that you enjoy this special time together.

As I look through this issue of the Tiny House Magazine I notice a theme that revolves around experimentation—one term that fits the tiny house movement perfectly.

Designer Jeff Wilson tested out tiny spaces by living in a Dumpster and then built the Kasita smart home. His latest endeavor is The Jupe, a fully off-grid flat-pack home that’s not only ideal for short-term rentals but as a popup disaster relief shelter as well.

Scot and Ashley Mason of Hive Drive Bus are experimenting with a new way to create power in their converted school bus, and finances can be examined more closely by following Joshua Becker’s tips in “Ten 5-Minute Money Actions to Help Your Finances.”

Architect Buckminster Fuller said, “There is no such thing as a failed experiment, only experiments with unexpected outcomes.” With anything you attempt, don’t try to force a result, but learn to embrace your own outcomes.
