My friend Abel Zyl recently contacted me to let me know he has a new design and tiny house for sale. I’m still trying to figure out how I can come over in person and check it out before he sells it. In the meantime, I wanted to let you know about it and show you some great photos he took of this beautiful home.

This house is currently available to view at the Zyl Vardos workshop, in Olympia, WA, USA. Visits by appointment only. Note: A comprehensive video tour will be up on August 19th.
The Damselfly is our newest design, fresh from Zyl Vardos’ “idea mill” – and there is nothing quite like it anywhere. This house would make a stunning primary living space for one or two people. It could also be an unforgettable vacation rental or guest house. Its internal systems are comfortable, safe, and easy to use.
Gorgeous. Love that bed is downstairs for us older and less agile folks. Tiny but airy feeling. Roof lines are stunning.
Beautiful my youngest son said to me mommy when I am older I am going to buy you a tiny house. Now I could show him just how I want my tiny house to be like.

The home IS lovely – the details are amazing. However, there are no specs available: square footage, plumbing, A/C, price for this design, can the cupboard under under the stove be fitted with an oven, photo of the loft space, what are the options for electrical? Also, if you can do a similar design with different finishes (I don’t particularly like the light wood) is that available? Looking forward to your reply.

Beautiful, clean and open, love the layout, especially the bed on the main level. I want so badly to go tiny, still working on convincing my husband.

Another Zyl masterpiece… gorgeous and very enchanting. Love the airiness, the tile roof, and the downstairs bedroom area. The whole build, end to end, is just fabulous!
