Zion’s Tiny Homes Start at $30,000

The word Zion brings to mind a biblical homeland, a green and gold valley, and even the last human city in “The Matrix.” Now, the word can be synonymous with beautiful, affordable tiny homes.

The base models come with butcher block countertops and all lighting.

Zion’s Tiny Homes is a travel trailer manufacturer located in St. George near Zion National Park in Utah. The company builds custom tiny houses for buyers all over the country. Their 16 foot long base model starts at just $30,000 and upgrades are available.

Built-in living area furniture is also available.

Each home comes with the trailer with brakes on all four wheels, two lofts, completed walls and flooring, insulation, doors, windows and your choice of roof style and siding. The interior includes butcher block counters and kitchen sinks, standard toilets and showers, propane or electric on-demand water heater and lighting. The lofts are accessed by stairs or stairs/cabinets in various configurations.

To save space and money, cabinets are used for loft access.

Zion’s models are the June Bug, Heritage Tiny Home and Nature Lover. The June Bug starts at around $36,600 and is totally off the grid. Currently all three of the models are available for nightly rentals from Zion’s Tiny Getaway.

The Zion’s models are available for overnight rentals.

  1. Wow, that looks so cute. I’d like to purchase this type of tiny house. I have dreamed for a long time about traveling around our country with a tiny house. At this time I’m working as a freelance writer, so as for me, the main problem in this travel is lack of Wi-Fi connection. I have to do different tasks in the internet so i really need high-quality connection.
Could someone advice me any solutions for my problem?
