The $45,000 model is the Tulsi. This 20×8 foot home is designed to have a private, downstairs bed nook as well as a small loft. The downstairs features an open kitchen and living space, and a bathroom with shower, sink, and your choice of toilet option.
Even at only 20-feet long, the Tulsi is still open and roomy.
The appliances are also included with the Tulsi. There is a two-burner electric cooktop, 3.1 cubic foot mini fridge, and butcher block counters.
Tulsi’s boho-chic design is also reflected in Simplify Further’s other models.
The Rasa features two lofts – one accessed by stairs.
The Rasa model starts at $47,000 and is also 20×8 feet. This home was made for guests or even a small family. It has two lofts as well as a full living room and kitchen. The bathroom is spacious for such a small space and includes a full sink and storage area.
The Prana also features two lofts and a skylight option.
The two larger models (Prana and Goa) are over the $50,000 mark, but still feature the company’s signature style. Both models have various loft options with stairs. The Goa even has room for a bathtub in lieu of a shower in the bathroom.
In each of the models, certain materials, paint, and wood stain colors can all be customized. Simplify Further also delivers their tiny homes anywhere in the United States.
