West Coast Park Models: Tiny, luxurious investments

Many park models, while being a more robust tiny homes, sometimes end up looking exactly alike. You won’t see that with West Coast Homes and their park model designs. Each of their four cottages have a unique style as well as luxurious amenities like fireplaces, flexible living spaces and rooftop decks.

West Coast Homes’ park models feature four designs with unique details like rooftop decks.

Along with other park models, the West Coast Homes designs also have the coveted downstairs bedroom, living room and kitchen, bathroom and loft. In addition, the company adds in a little more flair with high end finishes like cedar millwork, hardwood floors, custom cabinets and quartz countertops.

The cottages’ living space can be customized for each owner.

Other features include electric wall heaters, tankless on-demand water heaters, dual-flush toilets and Energy Star appliances. West Coast Homes also purchases their interior materials locally.

All the park models have downstairs bedrooms.

And up to 250 square feet of loft space.

The park models are all 400 square feet with up to 250 square feet of loft area and feel much larger with their open layouts. The layouts can also include a flex room that can be added to divide the living space into an office or extra bedroom.

An optional “flex room” can be added to create an office, guest room or baby’s room.

However, these luxuries don’t come cheap. The cottages range in price from $125,000 to $145,000. While this is inexpensive for some areas of the western U.S., it can be pricey for someone looking to downsize without their own land.

Sorry, but not all the park models come with this excellent view.
