Connect Homes Brings Steel Construction and Modern LA to the ADU

Founded by architects Jared Levy and Gordon Stott, Connect Homes works to bring the modern, open style of Los Angeles to a smaller, modular package. Connect Homes emphasize open plans, let in lots of natural light, and embraces outdoor living.

Connect-Homes offers 15 models that range in size from 460 square feet to 3,200 square feet. They can also come in one and two story styles.

The two best models for tiny house fans would be the Connect 1 at 460 square feet with one bedroom and bath. The Connect 2 is a roomy 640 square feet with one bedroom and one bath.

15 models are available including two homes under 650 square feet.

These two smaller homes all feature floor to ceiling glass walls that make them seem much bigger. They are made with rigid steel frames and any choice of exterior siding.

The interior includes an energy recovery ventilation (ERV) system for fresh air, smart thermostats, and multi-slide doors and windows. Outside decks can be added on for additional living spaces.

The interiors have floor to ceiling glass walls and decks can be added on to each unit.

The homes are constructed in a prefab factory in San Bernardino, California and delivered and installed on your property.

The process takes about six to 12 months for the planning and design, permitting, construction of the home, foundation and installation.

But once done, the homes are move-in ready with no on-site construction needed.

Connect Homes are built in a pre-fab factory in San Bernardino.

The prices of the Connect 1 and Connect 2 will be about $182,000 to $252,000 for design, production, installation and taxes. These prices will depend on your area and the size of the home.
