Do you have other sizes and floorpans?
Not yet, but we will soon! Boxabl is a building system that can build almost any style of home. Different modules stack and connect to build anything. New Box sizes will likely be 20×20, 20×30, 20×40, 20×60 We will announce those new room modules with different floorpans ASAP.
When will Boxabls be available?
We are working hard to make housing more affordable for everyone. At the moment we are upgrading to a much larger factory to meet demand. We hope to be shipping Casitas within a year.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will be free to AZ, CA, NV, UT. After that you would get a price quote from a shipper. We can ship these anywhere in the world. A rough budget might be $2/mile from Las Vegas. We hope to one day have shipping included to all of the USA.
Does Boxabl set up the house?
Boxabl only sells room modules. We will connect you with a Boxabl certified and state licensed installer in your area.
What happens when I reserve?

I m actually looking for a smaller one than 49,500. I am wanting it in my backyard as an office for our home based business instead of using our garage to make our home clutter free from business inventory but I live in an HOA so it has to be smaller and match home. Maybe a 12×20
