In addition, once the design and planning process is complete, the build of each cabin only takes three weeks.

The custom designed log cabins come in a variety of sizes, prices and floor plans. They start at $39,250 for the 399 square foot Flying Change layout to $64,300 for the fully upgraded 399 square foot Top Line. Most of the floor plans include lofts, porches, full kitchens, downstairs bedroom and bath, and a spacious living area. All the cabins have wonderful wood details and plenty of storage options.
A dozen floor plans are available as well as customizations.
Each of the cabins are built to ensure limited environmental impact. The company uses EPA compliant water based stains and logs from U.S. Forest Service Certified Sustainable Forests. The cabins also have highly efficient insulation and heating and cooling systems.
Options include built-ins, stained beams and mattresses.
Many of the floor plans include a sleeping loft as well as a downstairs bedroom.
Green River Log Cabins also offers some nice customer perks. They offer a financial lender list and a step-by-step guide of their building and delivery process. Customers also receive a personal ID and passcode for accessing the manufacturing warehouse to check up on a cabin build.
One of the cabin options is a screened porch.
Green River also has dozens of options for each cabin. They range from farmhouse sinks and faucets to a 40 year metal roof. Other options are covered porches, built-in closets, decorative and stained beams, dormers, breakfast bars, and washer and dryer closets.
The cabins can be delivered to any prepared and approved site.
Once your cabin is complete, Green River will deliver to any U.S. location with a completed foundation, required permits and access road.

I personally would love to build one in the mountains of west va, but sadly, I can’t seem to find a competent builder .
I love yalls little houses, but I would have to have handicap accessible I’m in a wheelchair and live alone. I have to have a roll in shower and bedroom on bottom floor preferably to fit at least a queen size bed ,full size kitchen with dish washer, water and dryer stackable is fine,
