From the netherlands to the tiny house jamboree, and making tiny house history!
Friedda Bakker traveled around the world to find her tribe at the first ever Tiny House Jamboree, the world’s largest tiny house gathering. There she inspired the infectious #FamousFrieda hashtag, and became good friends with Jam founder and EcoCabins CEO, Darin Zaruba. Yes, the movement is now worldwide.
At the first & widely successful Jam, Darin was inspired by all the amazing and diverse stories of tiny house pioneers. That’s when the idea came to him to gather all the stories together in a one-of-a-kind book, Turning Tiny. Darin is helping others turn tiny through simple, smart, sustainable homes and residential/recreational community developments, like Whispering Aspen Village.
