Living tiny opens up the ability to change your lifestyle

In this month’s issue of the Tiny House Magazine Laura talks about how travel fits into their lifestyle even though their tiny house is on a foundation. She says: “There are as many ways to approach the lifestyle as there are people within the movement. So, while I have a tiny home on a foundation, I am not rooted to one spot on this planet.”

Bryan and Jen Danger spend most nights on the road in their converted Sprinter van. When they’re back home in Portland, they sleep in their converted garage. They rent out their three bedroom home (attached to the garage), as well as the garage when they’re not in town.

I recently met Max Austin, who lives full time in a small school bus that he converted into a home. He says: “While I know this lifestyle is extreme compared to most, it is the most rewarding experience yet in my life. Somehow I have managed to become a content creator, all the while traveling for an entire year.”
