Justin Draplin and Developing Innovative Small Homes

In this week’s podcast, Ethan talks with Justin Draplin a visionary entrepreneur who is taking tiny homes to a whole new level.

Not just content to build tiny homes, he is developing a new way of manufacturing them, all in-house. He is also developing communities to place them in.

He has an extreme dislike for the term “tiny house” and prefers the word cottage and he explains why in the podcast.
