  1. I like the split bathroom plan. And I really like a porch but the building code standard is that each bedroom must be 70 sq.ft. and one dimension must be at least 7 ft. I don’t understand why this house isn’t 16 ft. wide. The bedrooms would be big enough if it were and there would be less wasted material.

  2. I love these tiny homes, but what I don’t love are the restrictions people have when trying to measure in them. What’s the purpose on spending all this money to create a stunning lebensraum when we’re not “allowed” to use them as our own? I assume everything during this life is loot , I just watched Thrive the film and it all is sensible.
