I am excited to start a new category here on the Tiny House Blog. Working in conjunction with Maggie Daniels of Try It Tiny we will be sharing places to park your tiny home in different states throughout the country. We will be calling the category “Just Park It” and will post on Tuesdays for as long as we have the content.
Hopefully, this will inspire you and also help you find a great place to park your tiny home and live. We are starting with the grand state of Washington. If Washington is not the state you are looking for do a search on the Try It Tiny website to find a place in your state.

I am flying to ID tomorro, to get my tiny.
Am in Snohomish Co now, but, at this point, I’ll prob go anywhere.
I have a son with me, and my husband died 6 weeks ago, and we need
to find a place, settle down, and rearrange a new life.
Any help is appreciated! We just want a quiet life right now.
My husband and have 21 acre’s by The Klickitat River in Washington, close to The beautiful Columbia River Gorge, not far from Hood River Oregon, it is natural and undeveloped, quiet and peaceful. It is wonderful here, so if someone is looking for a quiet place to put a tiny house for a weekend get away or to stay long term lets talk, our property is pretty nice, fishing right out your door, hiking, white water rafting, kayaking, wind surfing, just to name a few activities here. If interested contact me. 509-365-2967
Hi Candace. I read your comment about having land for a tiny home. I’m looking to purchase one and have had no luck finding a piece of land for it. I’m retired with doggies and looking to find land to stay there. What city in WA are you near?
Hi Barbara,
I know it is over a year since your post about looking to park a tiny home but if you are still looking feel free to call me at 541-806-3678. We have 20 acres that is above White Salmon, right across from Hood River, OR. We have a completely private spot for you to park for $475/month. The place that we were going to park our Tiny house has fallen through. The house will be completed towards the beginning of may. I work at Turning Point Church in lacey and would like to be at least within 30 minutes of it, but will do what ever is needed for my family to have a place to be!
Planning on having a 20×8 tiny house built to live in while I study at Washington State University. I’m looking at mobile home and RV parks in the Pullman area. The build is all electric and meant to be hooked up to electric water and sewer. If anyone is near Pullman with land that can accomodate, let me know and we can talk!

Hello…I have a 28×10 Tiny house and am looking for a spot close to Vancouver, WA to park. I am a Holistic Wellness Coach and Herbalist. I design, plan and build gardens for small spaces. I absolutely love being in a garden. I do have 4 dogs (under 40lbs) and 2 indoor-only cats. My dogs are usually always with me unless quick runs to the grocery store. I work remotely, so the internet is very important. If you have a spot or know of a spot, please get in touch. I’m looking to be moved and settled by mid-May 2022. Thank you in advance.

Hello all!
My partner and I are looking for a place to park our tiny house, as we are moving to Washington this year! Unsure of exact move date yet, open to discussion on move date depending on parking openings. We have two pups and we are hoping for anywhere within an hour of Seattle ideally, but we are also open to other locations if I can secure a job in a town nearby the site (I am a speech language pathologist). Please let me know if anyone has any leads for me, we are really open to anything at this point and are excited for this adventure!
