Tiny House in a Landscape

Ryan from Coos Bay, Oregon discovered this house that he found in North Bend, Oregon (along lakeshore drive) that has always caught his imagination.

“I finally stopped and took some pictures of it to send along to you to share.  While taking the pictures, there was a young couple there that were headed out and I asked a few questions about it.  It is a cottage that someone lives in apparently.  While not tiny, it is certainly small…. and beautifully set.”

Thanks Ryan for taking the time to photograph this neat little house in this beautiful setting and share it with us.

Hello everyone. I can’t believe seeing this cabin/house on here. Somewhere I have a copy of the article originally published about this house about 25 years ago. If memory serves me correctly, it was originally built by an artist (painter) and there were beautiful wild flower gardens all around the house. I am going to have to find the article now. I always wanted to build a similar house. Thanks for the great reminder. F.
