Beachside Bliss: Her Stunning Coastal Tiny House!

The video showcases Beth’s stunning tiny house in a coastal Tiny Home Village.

Beth’s tiny home is a craftsman style model with a downstairs bedroom and a loft sleeping area.

She customized the finishes and layout of the house, which cost $80,000 when she built it 6 years ago.

The tiny house village is located in Waldport, Oregon which is about halfway down the Oregon coast.

The cost of living at Tiny Tranquility is $625 a month and includes various amenities.

Beth enjoys the community feel and natural surroundings, including a nature trail she helped build.

The house features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living space, and a comfortable upstairs loft with a sentimental touch.

Beth switches between sleeping upstairs and downstairs seasonally based on temperature.

I am hoping to visit Beth at some point in the not to distant future as my wife and I often vacation not to far from Waldport.

  1. Not a fan of paying lot rent. Rent is theft. Your electric is low because you have propane. My 14X52-foot singlewide is 100% electric after I got rid of my propane tank. I lived in a mobile home park near Detroit for 18 years. When I retired after losing my job at 59, I moved my singlewide OUT of that mobile home park to a quarter acre residential lot about 55 miles NE of Cincinnati. The HOA here was ended. My property taxes were $92.90 last year because I got a homestead property tax credit when I hit 65. But even prior to that, the most that I paid was $705 for the year. My electric last year was $1,178, so, it averaged less than $100 a month. I installed an electric, tank-less hot water heater. My expenses for the last 10 years have averaged just over $16,000 a year. That includes paying cash for a brand-new Nissan NV200 compact cargo van in 2019. The whole country needs our housing freedom restored. I post about this frequently at my Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/james.herman.505
