Not everyone wants a tiny house on wheels. If you have land or are thinking about an ADU (Addendum Dwelling Unit) where you already have a large home. The Layla cabin plan may be for you. The Layla has a 373 square foot main floor and a 98 square foot loft area. An important element for many people is that there is a bedroom on the main floor. This way you can use the loft for storage or guests. Though not extremely tiny it is small by most peoples standards and affordable if you build it yourself.

This could be perfect for a family! We’re in the UK but would love to go tiny. Unfortunately, with 2 kids and 2 dogs, it’ll have to be the “large” side of tiny for us.
