Beach Mini Custom Homes for the Jersey (or any) Shore

Not everyone may be able to afford a luxurious house on the beach, but how about a tiny house with a beach vibe? Bridget McMullin of the McMullin Design Group now has a tiny house on wheels available with an optional “beachy” porch.

Bridget McMullin designed the Beach Mini and named the prototype “Moxie” after her dachshund.

The McMullin Design Group has been designing custom homes for over 18 years. The new “Beach Mini” tiny house came about when McMullin bought a 28’ Wilderness travel trailer to live close to the Jersey Shore beaches. Her dissatisfaction with the quality of most trailers inspired her to create a custom tiny house.

The Beach Mini has an optional porch for extra space.

Beach Minis start at around $70,000. They come in 24’, 28’, and 32’ sizes and take about four to six months to complete. Each design is custom and will be designed around each customer’s sleeping needs and budget. The homes can have both a main floor bedroom and a loft. The optional porch can be added on after the home is placed on site.

The homes come in three lengths and can have a main floor bedroom.

Appliances are also included in the price. Furnishings and other details such as window coverings are not included in the price. However, each home can be created to be completely turn-key.

A loft is also available in the Beach Mini.
