If you live in the Southeast and are looking for a range of tiny house models and shells, Mustard Seed Tiny Homes might have what you are looking for. Located just outside of Atlanta, Ga. this family-owned company has six models to choose from. Two of the models, The The Harvest and The Sycamore can be purchased as modular tiny homes or as park models.
Mustard Seed builds both modular tiny homes and park models.

The company also sells tiny house shells (finished on the outside only) starting at only $22,995. Both the shells and the models start at 20 feet in length and go up to 34 feet in length. The completed tiny house models are around $56,000 for the 24 foot Sprout model and go up to around $76,000 for the 34 foot long Everest tiny house.
Mustard Seed models feature handcrafted interiors and creative details.
Each home is made with high-end, quality materials and contemporary designs. They can also be customized for each customer’s needs. Interiors include handcrafted cabinets and countertops, creative woodwork, and all appliances. The homes include sleeping lofts and the larger park models (such as the Harvest) have downstairs bedrooms.
Some models have main bedrooms with options for a Murphy bed.
Mustard Seed owners Clint and Haley Gooch met each other while doing global mission work. After seeing homelessness both international and domestically, the couple now support organizations that assist the elderly, disabled, or needy families with shelter. A portion of the profits from each tiny house they sell goes towards helping people locally and internationally with housing needs.
