The base unit starts at $23,500, but upgrades such as a larger water heater are available for order.
Dragon Tiny Homes can customize the house siding and interior finishing as well as bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances. In addition, Dragon also builds tiny homes for off-grid living.
The interior finishings and wall materials can be customized per the customer.
The company features several different sizes of tiny home designs. They are available for full-time living, short-term rentals, or as a custom space such as an office or extra bedroom. The largest of their homes is the Avalon with three bedrooms.
Many tiny homes in this size can range from about $35,000-$40,000, so Dragon Tiny Homes has really hit on a nice basic unit for an affordable price. Any additional funds can be used for customizing the interior or adding specific appliances by the customer.
