Lake Walk: New Tiny House Community Near Greenville, SC

It’s so wonderful to see more opportunities for tiny house living in a community atmosphere. One of the latest tiny house options is located right on a lake near Greenville, South Carolina and features lots that include all utilities.

Lake Walk is located on Lake Cunningham near Greenville, SC.

Lake Walk Tiny Home Community is a small village with a common area and green zones next to Lake Cunningham in Greer, South Carolina. The lake is home to the area’s drinking water, but is also popular for boating and fishing. Lake Walk is currently offering four styles of tiny homes—each just under 400 square feet.

The tiny home community has several  models to choose from.

The Alexander is 399 square feet and features an open floor plan, loft with stairs, a deck, a main bedroom and even a space for bunk beds.  The Seabreeze has a main bedroom that fits a king bed, a large bathroom and open living space. It also has a large deck.

At nearly 400 square feet, each model has plenty of room and large windows.

The Seashore is 396 square feet and has a similar open plan like the former models with a large porch and a bathroom with a tub. The 396 square foot Woodland has no loft.

Models like the Alexander and Seabreeze have open living/kitchen spaces.

The Lake Walk tiny home prices range from $70,000 to $80,000 and lots can be leased for $450 per month and include water, power, sewer and garbage.

Some of the models have main bedrooms as well as lofts.

Your models are beautiful. I have just started to build a tiny house with a builder in Charleston SC. Would it be possible to bring my tiny home to your community? I am interested in retiring to the Greenville area with my custom made tiny home!
