Creek Walk is a new tiny home community in South Carolina.

This brand new development features tiny homes under 400 square feet that surround a small pond near Travelers Rest, South Carolina. Located just north of Greenville, this tiny home community also has rental spaces for smaller tiny homes on wheels. Owners are encouraged to bring their tiny, mobile homes to these wooded parking spots.

The community features park models for purchase and rental lots for THOW.

The homes for sale are park models designed and built by Lakeside of Addison, Alabama. The models feature shiplap walls, sliding barn doors, wood cabinets, high-end lighting, and quartz countertops. The models also come with full-sized appliances. Several floor plans are available. The homes cost around $80,000 and Creek Walk rent is $450 per month.

The park models are designed by Lakeside, part of Clayton Homes.

The homes feature both lofts and main floor bedrooms.

The shaded Creek Walk village also features a community building with a library, outdoor grills and gardens, access to paths and streams and on-site storage. The monthly fee includes electric, water, sewer, trash, taxes, wifi, and garden and road maintenance.
