Dwayne shared a larger home he built sometime back and he recently contacted me about another build he is completing. You can view his cottage home from the last post here.
Dwayne says: I just built a 60 square foot tiny home on a trailer. This model does not have a restroom but it has AC, a fold down custom bed, hardwood flooring, vaulted ceiling, and electrical service with ceiling and exterior lights.
Here are some photos of the tiny home.

Now that’s TINY! Yet very functional. Would be great housing for those that have none. Wonder what it cost you to build this one.
Sweet! Well done.
Nothing says a tiny home has to include a toilet or shower.
Similarly, people say thing about building a toilet or shower separately. Why not built a second small external trailer for the bathroom (e.g. on a 4’x6′ trailer)? It doesn’t have to be made as fancy as the home, and the only heating needed is for the water. Trailers with mesh grill floors would be ideal, no need for a solid floor.
With toilet, steam and moisture outside the main home and little need for insulation, different materials can be used. It reduces the risk of smell and mold, plus it can be towed separately (e.g. emptying and refilling tanks, relocating). All you’d need to do is attach an awning (e.g. connected roof and floor, soft sides) to walk the distance between.
But I would definitely want the kitchen inside the small home.
