Tiny House in a Landscape

This weeks Tiny House in a Landscape was taken by Emily, a geology student from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The picture was taken somewhere in the Yukon and I discovered her blog by accident looking for tiny cabins in the mountains. It is a random photo of a log cabin she took on one of her explorations of the area and I just think it is so cool and fits right in with this feature. You can follow Emily’s blog here. http://moss_agate.blogspot.com/

It is very picturesque and it seems to fit into its environment.

It is unusual and exciting to find this image on ‘Tiny House in a Landscape’. I am a Tiny House weekly reader AND happen to have been born and raised in the Yukon. Also I live in a small cabin at Lake Laberge, but it is more reminiscent of 1989 than 1898. 🙂

So send us a picture of your cabin Katie.

What a great picture. What a great location!
I’d love to see inside and learn a little more about this place. There looks like a lot of history to that little cabin.
