Nate sent me this link to craigslist about this Vermont Camp House. Though this is not tiny and some would question even small, it is a great bargain and shows that if you follow craigslist you can find some true bargains and tiny house opportunities. It looks like you could break it down into three different tiny buildings and move it. I have attached a screen shot of the listing as craigslist will pull it down once it is sold.
