Brittany’s Bayside Bungalow for Rent

Hi folks! My tiny house, the Bayside Bungalow, in Olympia, Washington is available for rent this winter. I’m looking for a full-time renter from December or January through April. Tiny houses in the Northwest fare much better in the winter when someone is living there full-time running the water & keeping the heat on (i.e. no frozen tiny pipes!). And now with the Envi heater AND Dickenson stove, it’ll stay nice and cozy! The house sits on waterfront property on the shore of the Puget Sound, in a rural, quiet setting, which is 15 minutes from downtown Olympia.

Brittany’s Bayside Bungalow for Rent

I am excited to announce that Brittany will be offering her tiny bungalow for rent this summer. Here is what Brittany has to say:

Would you like to try on a tiny house? This summer, I am happily turning my tiny house into a tiny “tester” home for people interested in building and living tiny. I would love to host you in my bungalow this summer.

The Bayside Bungalow is located in Olympia, Washington, in a rural setting on a waterfront lot overlooking the Puget Sound.

Jame’s Twelve Cubed Tiny House for Rent

I covered Jame’s Twelve Cubed design back in December of 2009. It was a very popular post and you can view it here with lots of great pictures.

Vicki let me know that she had found it for rent and thought you might want to know about it. The micro home is for rent in Nanaimo, BC, Canada for $600 per month. Below is a copy of the craigslist post and you can view the original post here but it will come down when the house is rented.

This is another option for tiny houses, using them as rental units for additional income. What do you think?
