ESCAPE’s Vista Brings the Outside In

The beauty and success of the ESCAPE and the ESCAPE Traveler are continuing with the company’s newest design. The Vista, a 160 square foot tiny house full of windows that may appeal to people who want a small getaway cabin or retreat. The Vista is being sold for an introductory price of $39,900.

The Vista both shelters and connects with nature and lets in lots of light and air. The style of the ESCAPE is continued in a design that consists of clean lines, plenty of storage and solid construction. The Vista floor plan is simple and includes a sleeping and lounging area with storage, a galley style kitchen with cabinets, sink, under counter refrigerator and induction cooktop, and a small bathroom with a TOTO toilet and shower. The living room features a built-in butcher block table.

Built on a RVIA Certified Travel Trailer, the Vista is 20 feet long and weighs 6,500 lb. The exterior is made of clear cedar vertical siding and cedar trim with steel accent and protective panels. The entry door is glass and some or all of the windows can be obscured for privacy. Closed cell foam is used for insulation and the interior has pine T&G or maple walls and trim, and oak laminate flooring or optional oak hardwood.

The Vista has standard RV hook-ups including 30 amp electric plug, 3/4 inch water connection and three inch quick couple septic connection. Optional water tanks are available. The Vista also comes as an optional high top version which is six feet higher than the traditional Vista.
