He also converted a small bathroom into a walk-in shower and designed a micro walk-in closet using a barn door.

Despite unexpected costs during the pandemic, the community was able to sell houses at affordable prices due to the subsidy through density and fitting more units on the land.

  1. I love this floor plan. I’m trying to build a cottage community in CT this has been a major source of inspiration. thank you for the good work you do as a housing advocate to make a project like this come together. I have become a housing advocate myself to build a portfolio as well as offer solutions to our severely constrained housing market. Thank again!
