Deek’s Pallet Chair Video

I made my first videos of Bill Brooks tiny house recently and all I can say is I am very impressed with Deek’s ability to produce his fantastic videos. The flow, the humor, the professionalism just is fantastic.

Deek just shared with me his most recent release of the Tiny Yellow House series about making a pallet chair. Watch and enjoy. I laughed almost all the way through this one.

Keep them coming Deek! (relaxshax.com)

  1. Thanks all- and thanks Kent- for postin’ it!

Yeah, Russ- sander and paint would make a WORLD of difference, you’re right- we just ran out of time and had to build the whole chair in front of a moving camera.

  2. I did too, laugh through the whole thing I mean.

I just happen to have a pallet out in the garage that I was going to have my husband pull apart for firewood, but since we need chairs for the deck, I’ll attack it myself (he’s good for demolition, but construction not so much).

I also have a boatload of drywall screws leftover from another project, so this one should be free!

    Thanks for posting this!

    • Sounds like you and my wife have something in common. She’s just let me dig holes and break up concrete before she starts on building a wooden surround raised flowerbed. When I showed her this video and said I felt inspired to make something the look on her face was a mix of shock and fear.

  3. lol, one day his wife’s gonna say “go get your father out of his fort; its time for supper” or something to make him be/sound more mundane.
I see this chair in many occurrances beside my parents pool … alongside the parabolic dish pool-heater/weenie cooker.

  4. I am going to work on Tuesday (Monday a holiday) with screws in my nostrils. We are going to start seeing this look on the runways in Paris and Milan, I am certain.

Fashion tips aside, thanks for a very informative and funny video.

Your best video yet, great jokes and editing. I was so entertained that I really didn’t catch how the chair was made!
I’m looking forward to more videos from you. Nice cameo from your brother! You gotta have a side kick.
