ESCAPE Traveler Tiny House on Wheels Pre-Sale

ESCAPE Park Model homes have made their mark for exquisite Arts and Crafts aesthetics, high quality materials, and a stylish design. Now all that is available on wheels with the ESCAPE Traveler. The ESCAPE XL, an even larger version of the Traveler, will be available in August. The smaller version of the Traveler is currently being offered during a special pre-sale.

“We wanted people to have a mobile choice and we wanted to include all the great things from ESCAPE into a smaller package,” said Dan George Dobrowolski, ESCAPE Founder-CEO. “We wanted to appeal to the entire RV market and people who just want to live small, but not sacrifice and have the feeling that they are a mouse in a cage.”

Dan lives out of the Traveler part time and said that it’s extremely comfortable and has everything he needs.

    • A 269 square foot house has nothing to do with “regular size” let alone what you refer to as a “MiniMcMansion,” which is simply an oxymoron.

  1. If you’re going to blow that much cash, why not buy an Airstream? At least then it will be easier to tow behind your $60k luxury truck.

    • Why would you make such a statement when we all know it depends on the needs of the person? For people who are planning to travel thru out the year, then a RV or schoolbus makes more sense. But for people who want the look and feel of an actual house, and are will rarely move it, these kind of models make sense.

  2. I like this design very much, however, the photographers choice of lens for his camera are equally impressive. The reality is that these photos make this Th look larger than it really is. 7′ 6″ in width is about what you have to work with. Also, the square footage of the smaller model includes the loft which really isn’t calculated as part of interior square footage. You can’t even stand up. Just squat on your knees.Jay

  3. The design is excellent. It appeals to the segment of the population that requires a little more than a tent and Spanish moss to cleanse oneself. When, may I ask, is it an offence to downsize one’s life but expect to be comfortable while lowering your carbon footprint?

  4. I thought this was an interesting article about a brand of tinny home that I personally love… and was saddened to find that the majority of commenters on here were just assholes trolling without cause. Dear Lord deliver us from the douche nozzles in the world. If tiny living isn’t for you then just GTFO and stop being an ass about it to everyone who is interested. Your ugliness says more about you than about the tiny homes or the people who write about them.

Thank you, Christina, for taking the time to share your find with us. The decent humans among your readers appreciate you.
