BZB Cabins: Manufactured in Europe and Available in the U.S.

Reminiscent of Norway’s backcountry cottages or New Zealand’s bach structures, BZB kit cabins are manufactured in Europe, but available in the U.S. The Connecticut based company offers many sizes and shapes. Each of the cabins are designed to be placed on a solid foundation for tiny backyard living.

BZB Cabins and Outdoors also manufactures and sells panel cabins with large windows, sheds, camping pods, and barrel shaped saunas and guest quarters. The eco-friendly structures are made of high quality timber and can be used in various ways. These include artist studios, hunting cabins, man caves, home offices or guest houses.

BZB Cabin kits come in various shapes and sizes.

These affordable cabins range from 150 square feet to just over 250 square feet, but they can be larger if you want. For example the Courtyard Cabin Kit is 257 square feet and includes a bedroom, living area and a small bathroom for only $21,800. BZB also builds barrel shaped camping cabins and saunas—perfect for housing additional guests or for a little getaway. The barrel kits range in price from $4,850 for an 8 foot long sauna or $5,500 for a 10 foot long camping barrel with a bed and small sitting area.

All the BZB kits are do-it-yourself and arrive at your home ready to be assembled. Some building knowledge and construction knowledge is helpful, but not necessary. Each kit comes with an easy-to-follow installation manual for assembly and all you need is a level, tape measure, hammer, screwdriver, cordless drill, pliers and a stepladder.
