AAA Tiny Homes in Lahaina is offering one of their models, the Upcountry, as emergency housing. The cost of the 400 square foot home is normally $70,000, but the company has listed it for $35,000 ($43,000 with trailer) and free delivery on Maui.
The Skyview is a steel frame model with large windows.
The company builds several models of tiny homes. The Skyview is a steel frame home with a concrete base and large floor-to-ceiling windows. All units come with dual front sliding doors, dual pane windows, a bathroom, rain shower, toilet, kitchen sink, and cabinets.
The Sunset model has a rooftop lanai.
The Sunset model has an amazing rooftop lanai. It also has a fold-down bed, folding staircase and a wet room for surf gear.
Kitchens and bathrooms are included in each model.
The aforementioned Upcountry is actually an expandable model. The model can expand from 400 to 600 square feet and comes with up to three bedrooms.
