Blue Lakes RV & Tiny Home Village is located near the towns of Clearlake and Willits, California. The village features tiny houses from several tiny house builders. These include Pacifica Tiny Homes, LifEscape Builders, Forever Tiny Homes, and Clever Tiny Homes.
Homes from several companies are available.
If you purchase from one of these companies and establish a lease with Blue Lakes, the company will tow and park the tiny house in your new space. The Tiny House Blog has featured several of these companies before including Pacifica Tiny Homes.
The village also has a community garden and farmstand.
Rates are month to month for tiny houses and nightly for RV spaces. There is also a tiny house for rent and vintage RV rentals. The month-to-month rentals start at $725 plus utilities.
The village features a private beach, fishing dock, pet and barbecue areas, and a community garden. The community is near the Mendocino Mountains hiking trails and small-town shopping.
