Even Hollywood has also dived headfirst into the tiny house movement. Hollywood Backlot Bungalows is a gated and secure community in North Hollywood offering free-standing homes for purchase or lease. These homes offer a little more than the average, expensive California apartment.
The bungalows are stand-alone tiny homes in a gated community.

The community is located in North Hollywood and is close to all the shopping, dining, and movie studios in the area. These include Dreamworks Animation and The Walt Disney Studios. These little cottages might be a good option for anyone who works in this area of Hollywood.
The bungalows come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.

Hollywood Backlot Bungalows offers multiple floor plans. From a one-bedroom, one-bath that is 500 square feet to a three-bedroom, two-bath that is 1,000 square feet. The homes come with fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, and in-home washers and dryers. The interiors are clean and well-lit with simple decor and privacy from the other neighbors.
The homes include fully-equipped kitchens and included appliances.

The community also has a fitness center, game room, laundry room, pool and hot tub, outdoor lounge, and BBQs. All the facilities and homes are ADA-compliant. Parking is available for up to two vehicles per home.
A community room, fitness center, and pool are also part of the Hollywood Backlot Bungalows.
