On a recent trip to Portugal, I came upon a company bringing small, modular homes to the Iberian Peninsula. Not only are these little homes mobile and portable, but they also have a simple, clean style that can fit any desire and location.
Casa DIFF is a Portuguese company designing and building prefab wood homes.

Casa DIFF designs and builds both fixed and modular home from Nordic pine with double walls. The homes are built as pre-assembled modules and then transported to the location. Each piece is put into place with a crane truck.
The homes can be delivered in pieces to any location in Portugal and Spain.

The Casa DIFF interiors reflect a type of Scandinavian design. The rooms are open with clean lines, wood or drywall interior walls, and simple. However, they come with complete kitchens and bathrooms. Interior options such as cabinets and doors and windows can be chosen by the customer.
The interiors are simple, clean and efficient for the space.

The homes come in two different lines (Rustic and Modern) with several models in each line. One of the best things about each model is that they are all single story models. No need to deal with steep stairs or loft ladders. However, if you want or need two stories, two models can be placed on top of each other.
Decks and custom kitchens can be ordered by the customer.
