Smart Products for Tiny Living with Ethan Waldman

Ethan's tiny house in the fall

When Ethan Waldman built his tiny house 10 years ago, He missed out on some of the more modern smart home appliances, like smart locks and smart thermostats.

Ethan spent the last few months modernizing the house to make it work as an Airbnb in its current location. In this episode, I review all of the things I purchased for my tiny house in 2022.

One of the first things Ethan realized when he started Airbnbing the house is that he wanted to be able to keep an eye on things. Not inside but outside just to make sure no one was poking around.

The first thing Ethan did was install a security camera. He chose the Wyze camera. The Wyze Cam v3. And these are both useful and inexpensive.

Ethan goes on to explain the other smart items, such as lighting, a digital thermostat, no freeze hose, and more.
