When tiny house companies offer the entire package, it’s worth looking into them. Tiny House Chattanooga in Tennessee is one of those companies.
Tiny House Chattanooga designs and builds houses starting at 192 square feet.
Founded in 2014, the company offers award-winning tiny house designs that are both creative and make amazing use of limited space. In addition, each of their designs can be ordered as a steel frame kit, a shell, or a full build.
The company also sells gooseneck trailers and DIY kits.
Tiny House Chattanooga currently offers six designs that range from 16 feet to 34 feet long. The company can also build tiny homes based on your own design or custom requests.
The smallest is the Little Oaks model which comes in at only 192 square feet. However, within its small space, it still has a spacious kitchen, a full bath, and a lofted bed that lowers and raises for easy access.
The tiny Little Oaks has a loft bed and raises and lowers over the dinette.
The largest of the models is the Sutton with two lofts, custom cabinetry, and even a downstairs bathroom. The popular Lookout model won the Best of Show award at the 2016 Tiny House Jamboree. It includes storage stairs and two mini splits.
Each design also has full bathrooms — some with bathtubs.
Along with the tiny house designs, Tiny House Chattanooga also sells trailers specifically designed for building tiny houses and mobile businesses. The company even builds and sells gooseneck trailers and bumper-pull trailers.
