New Frontier Tiny Homes in Nashville has been making waves with their Alpha Tiny House. The $95,000 HGTV featured home is beautiful, but might be out of the financial range of most tiny home buyers. Luckily the company has a more affordable option.
The custom Cedar Mountain Tiny House is $69,000.
The Cedar Mountain Tiny House, a custom home by New Frontier might fit the pocketbook a bit better. The tiny house on wheels is $69,000 and includes not only a sleeping loft, full kitchen and bathroom, but also a sleeping nook that can also be used as an office.
The house features a cozy nook that can be used for sleeping or working.
The sleeping nook features a custom-made fold-out bed with storage underneath and a desk or table that folds down from the wall. The house also has a second loft above the kitchen for storage. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, stainless steel countertops, a two-burner induction cooktop, and a small fridge/freezer.
The second loft area holds the AC/heating unit as well as extra storage.
The details are what make this tiny house stand out. Not only are there over a dozen windows in the home, but many of the accessories have been repurposed, the walls are covered with shiplap and the floor with hardwood.
The kitchen has aluminum countertops and plenty of windows.
New Frontier also offers various toilet options for the wet bath. Choose from a Separett or Nature’s Head composting toilet, incinerating toilet, RV low-flush, sawdust or traditional flush toilet.

While the Cedar Mountain is a custom home, New Frontier can build similar homes from between 18 to 40 feet and around 120 to 250 square feet. The house can be used as a vacation home, guesthouse or supplemental income. New Frontier will also deliver any custom home within the Continental U.S. Delivery rates will vary by location.
The sleeping loft is accessed via a ladder that can be stored against the wall.
